Achievers in Technology Program (AIT)

Sankofatech's Achievers in Technology (AIT) program is an intensive, four-year initiative designed to cultivate the next wave of Black technology leaders in the United States. Recognizing that young people of African descent often overlook technology careers due to limited industry awareness, community misconceptions (such as a perceived lack of prestige), and a scarcity of resources, AIT seeks to address these challenges head-on.

Through our AIT program, scholars engage in a comprehensive four-year journey, gaining vital skills and access to a supportive network of peers, mentors, advisors, and established professionals in the technology sector. This program is our commitment to building a robust pipeline of Black Software Engineers and Data Scientists.
