Perpetual is pursuing a master’s degree in Computer and Information Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Engineering and Applied Science. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree with honors in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. Perpetual is passionate about faith, technology, and education reform.
